Got a bid for a new 4 ton Trane compressor then called a few other places and they would not even offer to come out to compete. That was a Friday, new system installed on a Monday. Courteous and respectful installers. That was about a month ago and all is running strong."

"I have used RAS 4 times. Once to replace all the duct work in the attic. Then to trouble shoot and replace a small component in the furmance. Trouble shoot and replace a capacitor on the condenser. Troubleshoot and replace the control board. System is an older system by someone else. Their techs are pretty good at troubleshooting and have always been responsive even when calling after hours. Their tech Jose is really good at troubleshooting."
